1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing faveworks.com, momen.faveworks.com, and app.faveworks.com (the "Websites"), or by ordering and paying for our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Websites or our services.
The Websites and services are operated by Faveworks Digital Creative, a sole proprietorship based in Indonesia ("Faveworks", "we", "us").
2Our Services
Faveworks provides the following services and products:
- Web Development: company profile sites, online stores, and landing pages.
- SEO Optimization: audits, on-page optimization, and technical website optimization.
- Content Writing: SEO articles, website copywriting, and product descriptions.
- Digital Marketing: management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing.
- Digital Products at faveworks.com/store/: ebooks, templates, and toolkits delivered right after payment.
- Momen Digital Invitations at momen.faveworks.com: digital wedding invitations in several packages.
- Landing Page Builder at app.faveworks.com: a self-service tool for building landing pages.
The scope, details, and price of each service are listed on the relevant service page or agreed in writing with you before work begins.
3Accounts and User Responsibilities
Some services (such as Momen and the Landing Page Builder) require an account. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information you provide;
- keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account;
- using the services in line with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
You confirm that you are at least 17 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our services.
4Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Promotions and discounts apply during the period stated.
- Payments are processed through the Midtrans payment gateway. Available methods may include QRIS, bank transfer/virtual account, and e-wallets, depending on what appears at checkout.
- An order is valid once payment is confirmed. For some project-based services we may ask for a down payment as agreed in the quotation.
- We do not store your card details or payment credentials. They are processed directly by the payment provider.
- Payment receipts and notifications are sent to the email or WhatsApp number you provided.
5Delivery of Services and Digital Products
- Digital products are available to download or are sent to your email after successful payment.
- Momen digital invitations go live after payment is confirmed, for the active period of the chosen package.
- Website, SEO, content, and digital marketing services are delivered according to the scope and timeline in the quotation. Timelines may shift if your materials or approvals are late.
- Revisions are provided according to each package.
6Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
7Intellectual Property
- All Website content (logos, designs, text, code, templates) belongs to Faveworks or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
- Digital products are sold under a personal or business use licence as described on the product page. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing files without written permission is prohibited.
- Deliverables from project-based services (websites, content) become yours once paid in full, except third-party elements with their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
- Content, photos, and data you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited permission to process them in order to provide the service.
8Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to: break the law or infringe others' rights; spread content involving hate speech, pornography, gambling, fraud, or malware; upload content that infringes copyright; disrupt the security or performance of our systems; or resell our services without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
9Limitation of Liability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruption. For SEO and digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific rankings or results because they depend on third-party search engine algorithms and ad platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the latest version.
12Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; if that fails, they will be settled by the competent courts in Indonesia.
